About CoreStack Technologies

Traceability Built for the Reality of Manufacturing

CoreStack Technologies works at the intersection of food manufacturing, supply-chain operations, and data systems.

We build technology to help manufacturers maintain stronger lot-level records and product identity without requiring them to replace the ERP and MES systems they already use.

Mid-market manufacturers should not have to rip out the plant to keep honest lot records. I built CoreStack to close that gap.

Who We Are

CoreStack Technologies is built on experience across food and beverage manufacturing operations, including production, quality, procurement, warehouse operations, and the data systems that support them.

Our work focuses on manufacturing, supply-chain operations, and data systems: validating ERP records, modeling lot-level traceability, and connecting plant-floor scan events to the systems a facility already uses.

The standard is practical traceability as part of daily operations—not a process that begins only when there is an audit, recall, or crisis.

Why CoreStack Exists

When food is contaminated or counterfeit, people can be harmed first. Manufacturers can then face product loss, disrupted operations, damaged customer relationships, and significant costs.

Mid-market facilities often feel these pressures most directly: fewer resources, legacy ERP systems, disconnected records, and hours spent answering basic questions about what was produced and where it went.

CoreStack exists to help manufacturers strengthen those answers without requiring them to replace the operation they already have.

The numbers show the scale of the problem. The work of CoreStack is to help make product and lot information easier to capture, retrieve, and use when it matters.

Leadership

Sunday Oyebiyi

Full-Stack Data Engineer · Business & Data Systems Analyst

Sunday works at the intersection of food manufacturing, supply-chain operations, financial operations, and enterprise data. He has led data systems and analytics work for global manufacturers and financial institutions—helping teams structure information, improve access to it, and turn it into usable business intelligence.

His background includes U.S. food and beverage manufacturing across production, quality, procurement, inventory, warehouse, supply chain, and finance. That experience shapes how CoreStack connects process, transactions, people, and decisions.

He works across the data lifecycle: requirements and workflows, modeling, integration, databases, pipelines, analytics, and user-facing applications—with a focus on reliable foundations for decisions, efficiency, and AI/ML.

A two-time Erasmus scholar, he holds master's degrees in Logistics (Towson University) and Information Technology (Technical University of Częstochowa). CoreStack is built on the belief that better data strengthens food safety, authenticity, operational transparency, and public trust.
